Full SMM: Full social media management means exactly that: I handle everything from strategy to execution, so you can stay focused on the work you actually love doing.
Every month includes a custom content strategy, a full content calendar, designed graphics and carousels, caption writing, and scheduled posting across your platforms. At the start of each month, we'll align on direction, and from there I take it off your plate.
One thing I don't include in my scope: community engagement. Responding to comments and DMs is something I believe works best when it comes directly from you. Nobody knows your business and your customers the way you do, and that personal touch is hard to replicate. I'll give you the content, you bring the personality. That said, if you'd rather have social media truly 100% off your plate, community engagement can absolutely be added to your plan.

Partial SMM: Partial management is for businesses that want real support without handing everything over. Maybe you're hands-on and just need someone to take content creation off your plate. Maybe you're not quite ready for full management but you know winging it isn't working anymore. Either way, this is built around what you actually need.
At minimum, we'll develop a strategy together and I'll create the content. From there, scope grows based on how much support makes sense for you. That might mean a content calendar you can follow on your own, or something in between. We'll figure it out together before anything is agreed to.
